CIWS PBL Automated Requisition Tracking System (PARTS)

The CIWS Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Automated Requisition Tracking System (PARTS) has been developed to provide status on CIWS spare parts having a 1H, 3H, or 7H COG code. It requires the user to input a valid requisition number.

When searching for the status of a requisition on PARTS, there are four possible outcomes:


  1. SHIPPING INFORMATION FOUND - This is the outcome for most PARTS queries. The information provided in the table resulting from a requisition search offers requisition and shipping detail. Clicking on will display the shipper's web screen with their status of the requisition. Clicking on will display the shipment's destination address. If shipping information displayed on the shipper's web site is incorrect, please contact a Raytheon PBL Item Manager (contact information is located on the PARTS Contacts page).
  2. OPEN - There are two explanations for OPEN requisitions:
    1. If the requisition was received within the last 24 hours, the requisition status may not be updated until the next 1800 EST update. Please wait until after 1800 EST and query PARTS again.
    2. If the requisition was received over 24 hours ago and is still open, it is being held pending release review by an PBL Item Manager. Please contact a Raytheon PBL Item Manager for further information. (contact information is located on the PARTS Contacts page).
  3. NOT FOUND - There are several reasons a requisition cannot be found.
    1. User has made a typographical error. Please double check your requisition number. If the requisition number is valid, please contact a Raytheon PBL Item Manager for assistance. (contact information is located on the PARTS Contacts page).
    2. Requisition is not a CIWS spare part having 1H, 3H, or 7H COG code. Contact NAVICP Fleet Logistics Customer Call Center 717-605-3500 or DSN 430-3500 Duty Officer: DSN 430-4444 Hours are: Monday-Friday 0600-2400 (Eastern Time) Saturday-Sunday 0800-1830 (Eastern Time).
    3. Requisition has been received within the last 24 hours and the daily (1800 EST) update has not yet occurred. Please wait until after 1800 EST and query PARTS again.
  4. CANCELED - Please contact a Raytheon PBL Item Manager for further information. (contact information is located on the PARTS Contacts page).
